PredictionLab Affiliate Program Terms
These terms govern participation in the PredictionLab affiliate program. By applying you agree to them. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to active affiliates.
1. Commission structure
Approved affiliates earn 10.0% of qualifying paid subscription revenue generated by customers they refer. Commission is calculated on the net amount actually paid on a qualifying invoice, in the transaction currency.
2. Qualifying transactions
A qualifying transaction is a successful paid subscription payment (initial or recurring) from a customer correctly attributed to your affiliate account. Free trials, $0 invoices, fully-discounted (100% coupon) invoices, failed payments, and payments that are later refunded or charged back do not qualify.
3. Recurring commissions
If a referred customer continues their qualifying subscription, you continue to earn the applicable commission on future qualifying subscription payments. Commissions are not "lifetime" — they apply while the referred subscription remains active and qualifying.
4. Attribution
Referrals are tracked using your unique link (/?ref=YOURCODE) with a 30-day attribution window. The last valid affiliate click within the window wins. Once a customer converts, their attribution is locked and will not be overwritten by later clicks. Customers who already subscribed before clicking your link are not retro-attributed. Attribution is stored server-side.
5. Holding period & payout threshold
Commissions become payable after a 30-day holding period to protect against refunds and chargebacks. You may request a payout once your payable balance reaches $100.00. Payouts are reviewed and processed manually at this time.
6. Refunds & chargebacks
If a payment underlying a commission is refunded or disputed, the associated commission will be reversed or proportionally adjusted. If the commission was already paid out, the amount may be deducted from future balances or otherwise reconciled.
7. Prohibited promotional methods
You may not use spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding on "PredictionLab", fake accounts, incentivized/forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or any deceptive practice. You must not guarantee winnings, profits, or income. Promote responsibly and comply with applicable gambling-advertising and disclosure laws in your jurisdiction.
8. Self-referrals & fraud
You may not refer yourself or your own accounts. Manipulating attribution (e.g., repeatedly clicking your own link) or generating fraudulent clicks/signups is prohibited. Suspicious activity is flagged and may result in withheld commissions and suspension.
9. Brand misuse
Use PredictionLab's name and materials only as permitted. Do not impersonate PredictionLab or imply an endorsement or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
10. Suspension & removal
We may suspend or remove any affiliate at our discretion, including for violations of these terms or suspected fraud. Suspended affiliates stop accruing new commissions.
11. Payment timing
Payouts are processed after the holding period once the minimum threshold is met and the payout is approved. Timing may vary based on review and the payout method used.
12. Changes to the program
We may modify commission rates, thresholds, attribution windows, and other terms prospectively. Changes do not retroactively reduce commissions already earned and finalized.
